Everything was perfect

The apartment was excellent! Very clean, tidy, and fragrant. The host was kind and ready to help. The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything. Recommendations for this beautiful apartment, where even at the entrance of the building, everything smells of cleanliness. Close to the city, just a 15-minute walk. The fact that we couldn’t contact the owner on the phone was rather disappointing. Also on booking they say that there is a parking which is not true. You have to pay extra to a parking, close by. Apart from that, you have to know in advance that it is actually an apartment located in a residential building. There is no sign of an Airbnb. There was only one guy waiting on the pavement and after 10 minutes he asked us if we were looking for the Airbnb.

Great little apartment and perfect location for my plans for my stay in Bari. Close to the train station and a reasonable walk from the old town area. Also, markets and restaurants very nearby. I did a bit of cooking on the apartment as well and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. A couple of nice cafes around the corner as well. There's not much to speak of in this part of Bari, but the train station being close made it easy to make day trips to Matera, Polignano da mare, etc. The host was excellent from giving me instructions to enter all the way through my stay. Just a great experience.

Like many apartments of this type in Italy, all the walls are solid concrete, so noises and voices from neighboring apartments can feel like they're almost in the same space as you. This didn't create any issues for me, but if someone were partying in their apartment (clearly stated as against the rules anyway), it would have been intrusive. Regardless, this was a great stay.
