Air con does not work, it was not as clean as expected but clean compared to other hotels we have been in Vietnam, mattress was uncomfortable

"Pretty Good Locale, spacious room, quiet"

Hotel is quiet, a few blocks back from beach and some good restaurants in the area. This part of town is a little more run down than if you go to the south a few km. I guess that is a reflection on the price of this place. Pretty clean, spacious room and windows that open !
