Good rooms, great location for large event in ballroom

Parking fee now charged for overnight guests. Free for those just attending evening event. Bar can get busy.

Breakfast was very good and excellent value. Our room was clean, had comfortable beds and a nice en-suite.

It was in bradford.

The doorways were not wide enough for a bariatric wheelchair to go through, i kept on getting stuck everywhere and i mean near enough everywhere. The lift has a real urgency to close on you, as the lift is also small and tight it is very hard to get a wheelchair through without being a precision pilot so the lifts have closed on me a number of times and have hurt me because they close a few seconds after opening which im not happy with and also the wet room in the accessable room is disgusting as it just collects water after your shower but does not drain it properly, so any other time you need the bathroom your physically "wading through the water".

Dodgy toilet flush- very disappointing

It catered for our dog to stay with his own bed and bowl which was a nice touch. Room was clean and comfortable.

The toilet hasn't been cleaned particularly well.

Great location and good facilities. Parking on site and decent food offer

Trying to sleep & another room opp us continued to talk really loud & bang doors this is after midnight i dont mind noise but this was bad.
