The staff went out of their way for us.. so polite professional and attentive

Staff and facilities all good

Alarms went off a number of times during the night, which led to an interrupted night of sleep.

Ample parking and staff on arrival (at 3am) were friendly and great!

The evening receptionist who had an awful attitude and very unhelpful…could do with training on how to speak to customers over the phone…. Bfast buffet was almost empty even when we went down at 8am…. Limited choices…. No butter… eggs ran out… watermelon ran out…. Hash browns were over done and crumbling on our plates…. No fruits…. Pretty pathetic considering we were charged £10/15 per head…. We were staying as a bridal party so had booked in advance for over 50 of us…..

We’ve stayed here over the past few months and never fail to be impressed by the staff who are unfailingly helpful, caring and a pleasure to deal with, any niggles (missing in room hairdryer) dealt with promptly regardless of time of day. Would recommend staying here to anyone.
