Incantevole loft in centro

Loft was exactly like advertised photos a beautiful apartment in a great location. Anna Maria was great, kept in contact with us and made sure we found our way to location.

The host is super sweet and flexible, we were late on our arrival but we kept in contact and she even came to meet us late evening to handle us the keys. The communication was super easy. The loft is very beautiful and cozy, spotless cleaning and located right in the middle of the old town, all you need you can find nearby. The host gifted us some exquisite local wine and local chocolate treats. Too bad we couldn't stay more. We were very happy with our choice.

Parking was not easy and rather far away.

Lovely loft very nice host. Everything was great.

Very silly things but there were pictures of people everywhere and it felt like being watched on plus there was a door at the end of the bed which was a little unnerving but that's no issue really. The location was very difficult to find and to get anywhere

Location was perfect for old town

A beatifully renovated floor of an old house with brick arches and cool ambience during hot sommer months. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine and dryer available as well. Friendly landlady who cares for her guests.

Wifi is intermittently available and not everywhere in the apartment due to thick walls dividing the kitchen from the bed room.

The apartment is very central in Perugia, we had good communication with Anna Maria and used the free car park where you take the metro up to the centre. It was a little walk across the square to the apartment where Anna Maria was waiting to greet us. It was very good service with the staff being very helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped, also nice and cool. There were plenty of coffee capsules, biscuits and wine left for us, also useful information about places to eat. Perugia is a stunning city, it's not too big and the people in the restaurants were very friendly. Everything was excellent with the apartment and Perugia.

We loved everything about the property. The location was perfect, central and easily reachable by foot. The loft was very spacious, well equipped and modern. Ana Maria our host was such an attentive host and super super sweet.
