Apartmán ma dobrú lokalitu, pekné zariadenie.

Úroveň komunikácie s klientom je katastrofálna. Sťažovala som sa, že mi prádlo nepríde ako čisté a vymenené. Nevoňalo ako vypraté a na plachte boli nejaké mastné škvrny, majiteľ mi odpovedal, že prádlo bolo menené a ide o škvrny, ktoré nejde oprať. No ponukli mi výmenu prádla o dva dni! ( celkovo som tam bola tri noci), prach a poličky okolo postele neboli utreté, nebol tam žiadny odpadkový kôš (až na úplne mikroķôš v kúpelni). Požiadala som o vystavenie faktúry, čo sa ukázalo ako extrémne naročný proces pre majiteľov a niesú schopní vystaviť faktúru ani 6 dní po odchode. Neodporúčam pre služobné cesty.

It is a wonderful apartment with astonishing views located very close to the Aupark shopping center. The staff of BNB Management are very resourceful and always ready to help you with any kind of questions. The check in and out process is quite clear. If you want to fell at home counting on a extremely professional support that is a good choice.

Ubytovanie super všetko vyhovovalo nemám čo vytknúť

nepačil sa mi prístup odovzdávania kľúčov a kodu také zdlhavejšie, ale ok zálohu mi vrátili na piaty deň údajne system booking držia peniaze zaplatila som za 4 dní odišla hneď na druhý deň, ale žiadna kompenzácia
