外は中心街ということで騒音がありましたが、防音が良くて寝るには問題ありませんでした

Sehr grosszügiges, perfekt ausgestattetes, sauberes und sehr zentral gelegenes Apartment, wenige Meter bis zum Bahnhof, zum Meer und zu verschiedenen Läden, Cafés und Restaurants. Das Apartment ist mit einem Lift erreichbar, hat hübsche kleine Balkone mit Sicht auf das bunte Treiben auf die Piazza und auf das Meer, Unglaublich sympathische Gastgeberfamilie, sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir haben viele tolle Tipps während unseres Aufenthaltes und auch bereits vor unserer Anreise erhalten. Wir wurden vom Gastgeber-Ehepaar sehr herzlich empfangen, haben zusammen das Auto in die nahe gelegene sichere Garage gebracht und man hat sogar Restaurants für uns reserviert und sich sehr die Zeit genommen, uns alles zu zeigen und unsere Fragen zu beantworten. Dank der einzigartig tollen Unterstützung und wunderbaren Organisation der Gastgeber, war es ein perfekter und toller Aufenthalt. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben - vielen herzlichen Dank an Pippo, seine Ehefrau und die ganze Familie - wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Mario, arranged to meet at the apartment which is easy to find. Tour of the apartment provided including an explaination about the facilities. The apartment is very nicely decorated and fitted out. The location is great for the bars & restaurants, beach and shops. Highly recommended.

La posizione. Abbiamo trascorso 7 notti comodamente .. i propietari gentili ed attenti. L'appartamneto aveva tutte le comodità utili per soggiornare. Lo consigliamo.

Cucina nem attrezzata.. Mancava solo un divanetto per poter stare un pò più comodi , ma lo spazio non c 'era.

A high-standard, clean, perfectly equipped apartment with a unique atmosphere and a beautiful view. Located in a beautiful townhouse in the center of Castellamare di Stabia, it's close to everything – the beach, port, restaurants, cafes, and shops. It's the perfect place to relax and observe the Italian way of life. The owners are amazing, very kind, helpful, and caring. We received recommendations for parking and restaurants, which we used and were very pleased with. The De Simone family created the perfect conditions for a successful vacation. Thank you very much! Our week-long stay here was comfortable and wonderful. When planning another visit to the area, I will gladly use Mya Home Luxury Apartments again.  

sehr zentral gelegen, 200 Meter zum Bahnhof, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Bäckerei, Lebensmittelgeschäfte , Apotheke und sehr gute Restaurants nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Tolles, sehr sauberes und ansprechendes Apartment. Lift im Haus. Gastgeber extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, jederzeit erreichbar, Dankeschön Pippo!! und Mario. Alles sehr familiär, man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Garage für unser Auto wurde ebenfalls vom Gastgeber bestens organisiert. Toller Aufenthalt in Castellamare di Stabia! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Everything was perfect. This property is modern, clean and well equipped. The a/c options were the best we have encountered in Italy. Along with smart tv and Netflix. The owners are excellent, kind, knowledgeable and very accommodating. They offered local parking option(we did not have a car this trip so did not use), private transfer to the airport that was the time, safe and professional with reasonable a rate for the area. The location was in the best part of Stabia, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Stabia comes to life after dark, but apartment is quiet from inside if you want to watch a movie or sleep. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this beautiful apartment again if we come back to the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Tout était impeccable et il se trouve à proximité de tout (la plage, les transports en communs,bars , restaurants,supérettes….), le propriétaire est à l’écoute, très sympathique .

Very well equipped and nice apartment in the very center of Castellamare. From the balcony and with an aperitivo - or the digestive - at hand you can participate in the vibrant life of the locals;-). Super-super clean (which is very important to us), excellent beds and pillows, we slept like marmots. Complete and new kitchen, coffee machine (and good coffee), washing machine (and detergent) included. The host - Pippo and his wife - are very friendly, nice and helpful. They run nearby two beautiful shops and are available for every question or topic. We recommend to follow Pippo's advice for everything (parking place, restaurants, coffee etc.).

We have nothing to wish more, all was good!
