I chose not to stay and I left the property after I arrived there. the owner refused to give me any portion of my money back, so she basically got free money for no services at all. she scammed me. the owner also failed to provide me with a requested bill of sale which was requested on booking.com website.

huge misrepresentation, they said a 'garden view', NO WAY. the entrance was behind a tall fence, no locks and no security lights and no safety cameras. I got a very bad feeling when I pulled up, the space was nothing like her pictures. holes in the ceiling, the walls, air ducts hanging down. All Windows were sealed shut and were murky and covered in iron bars. other residents are attached to you, and can be heard yelling and singing through the paper-thin walls. the so-called 'garden' was just mold and dirt, the drainage gutter from the roof was detached and leaking, so water dripped on us. The front door had been broken and busted into at some point as there were marks near the handle. on the day of my arrival ,one hour before check-in, I received a text from Mayra Jackson, the hostess, she asked me to delay my arrival by FOUR hours, the unit wasn't clean yet. Garbage was all over the front of the house. All of the decor was dingy, old, as if they were castaways. The health department should shut her down. I didn't feel safe here with my cat so we had to go find another place to rent. Very inconvenient, and the owner is a thief because she took over $400$ USD and we didn't use any of our reservation. She could have been fair and offered us at least Half our money back. She gave me Nothing back, AWFUL booking experience. She also ignored my request for a receipt/bill of sale right here on this booking website. we never got it. what she did, highway robbery is what that is. I used to love booking.com, and now i don't trust it at all. terrible experience altogether.

Host is the greatest you will ever come in contact with, she's the best!!

The place was amazing, and the host makes sure you are very well taken care of!!! No where else will be able to live up to this place!!!

This property is located in a nice neighborhood with hills and trees. The host was gracious, providing snacks, drinks and advice for local activities. The property was also well furnished.
