WORST PROPERTY, the property was filthy, pillows covered in mould, owner was rude and booking agent horrible, they didn’t even know we were coming check in time was 2pm and arrived at 4pm they didn’t even know about our booking yet paid and booked 6 months ago, photos are nothing like the place face to face WOULD NOT EVER RECOMMEND! No refund and had to find alternative accommodation. Do not book this place to stay I would never recommend it. We were so sick from the mould, bed bugs, property was filthy.

Staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The floor plan worked really well with one bedroom and bathroom upstairs, and kitchen/living to the side of the pool.

Clearly the property required a lot of maintenance and upgrading. It was disappointing to say the least. This included: rusty kitchen sink and only cold water tap with rusted stove fittings, toilet not flushing properly, tap in downstairs bathroom vanity leaking badly (which they fixed with silicone on my request) but it had been leaking for a very long time and there is evidence of mould, rust and damage to the cabinet and fittings, external bedroom door wouldn’t lock, dangerous power points coming off walls). Also, there is a pet monkey tied up outside which is upsetting.

Showers and water supply could be better. Need some hand towels and tea towels for kitchen teabags smelt mouldy and the lids to the container smelled mouldy and the tissues which is hard because it is in Bali but they need to be checked and a fridge. Very bad not cold. Had to use the freezer all the time for everything.

Pool was dirty, unswimmable, mould on the ground, nothing like the photos, very disapointing, asked for refund and supplied photos, got nothing back except telling me to view the property before staying which i did and took photos disgusting villa and experiance
