Alamvaya Bali Bamboo House

Es war ein sehr aussergewöhnlicher Ort. Direkt mitten in der Natur.

Es liegt sehr abgelegen, keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

We loved everything including the relaxed atmosphere, the location, the service which was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bamboo hut was amazing and the food was delicious. They catered well for gluten free as well.

The evaluation is maximum for the villa. Located in middle of the jungle, with lush greenery surroundings, authentic sounds of virgin nature, with a wonderful bamboo design and a chic pool, went deep to the soul. Appreciated the cleaning and the respect for privacy. The staff rang the door bell (gate bell outside actually) every time (even when called by us beforehand) and any request was fulfilled.

When we arrived, with a lot of luggage, although there were 4-5 men from the staff, the staff chief (small guy) said we should carry our cabin bags. Nice welcoming. Did not do it, of course, so they carried the luggage to the villa in the end, as normal. As a major protocol error, I need to mention that we were led to the villa only after having waited outside, alone, on the road, for more than 10 minutes, until our luggage was carried. From what we know, guests are led inside first, presented the place and in this time, or immediately after, the luggage is coming. They seemed chaotic and confused. The staff chief (small guy) had some unsolicited and wrong little jokes which stopped after we cut him off. The villa was not equipped with a stovetop, as described online, but it was brought to us. What amazed us is that they could not find a big bowl for us to prepare a salad. After 2 tries, they brought a plastic bowl, medium size, that looked dirty as if used in a toilet. But they tried :)) The breakfast is really small, you would need to order more for a normal one. The smoothie is a joke, had more water than melon, you could see through the glass. Cannot understand why the management does not invest a little money in renovating the path leading from the main road to the main entrance gate to the villas area. There is a local neighbor family on this path (maybe that is why), but a well lead managed business should invest in the guest comfort and a little cement and a few stones to step on would not cause bankruptcy, I am sure. Would have no reason to write negative stuff, same as other guests. Could you reflect on that, mister/missis owner/manager ?

Minden! Állandóan zaklatott a személyzet. Fél óránként becsengettek,borzalmas volt,egy percet sem hagytak egyedül. Folyamatosan ránk akartak sózni valamit…a jakuzzi jéghideg volt és piszkos. Az ajtó nem zárt jól. Bejött egy PATKÀNY a szobánkba,ki sem tudtuk zavarni…EGY NAGY PATKÁNNYAL kellett egy szobában aludni…semmit nem aludtunk. Nincs egy rendes tükör,ami van alkalmatlan borotválmozásra vagy sminkelésre…reggel minél gyorsabban el akartak küldeni…senkinek nem ajánlom! Nagyon eldugott,drága,nincs magánszféra,borzalmasan zavaró személyzet,PATKÀNY…

It was an unforgettable stay. At the beginning, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who were already waiting for us on the street with a welcome drink – such a thoughtful and special gesture. Special thanks to Made, who fulfilled all our requests, organized a rafting trip for us (an amazing experience!), and shared very helpful advice throughout our stay. The entire staff deserves the highest praise – they were incredibly kind, attentive, and made us feel truly taken care of at every moment. The food was absolutely delicious. The villa looks even better in real life than in the photos – it is spacious and beautifully designed with great taste. The view of the volcano from the windows is breathtaking. We only regret staying there for just two days. While in Sidemen, you can go on a volcano trekking tour to see the sunrise – I highly recommend this experience. I would absolutely recommend staying in this place – I will definitely come back

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet établissement. L’environnement était très beau dans un endroit particulièrement calme. La maison en bambous était très originale et confortable. Le personnel a été très apprécié car très courtois et efficace. Les repas et les petits déjeuner livré directement dans la maison étaient très bons…..
