Very spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Courteous and helpful staff. Definitely recommended for families.

For breakfast, they just buy parcel and provide idli or poori. It would be good if a minimal buffet breakfast could be included, even if the price is hiked a bit.

Cleanliness of rooms are so nice. Best in Kakinada , enough mineral drinking water service , extra kitchen room, very close Kakinada to railway station (from 3rd platt form /gate no.2). Restaurant in s not available, but all Zomato services are available with in 15 min of time from famous subbaiyya gari hotel , 2km from JNTUK University. Rapido services are also available. Minimum cost with Five star room accommodation.
