GBOVER AND ABOVE! Where to start? The lodge is in the perfect place, out the way so it’s nice and peaceful but also close enough to towns to have a wander. When we first arrived we were pleasantly shocked at the size of the lodge due to it being bigger than we expected; then inside was immaculate with every thought being put into it, there was everything and more we needed! We briefly met Stuart and Paul who were very kind and made us feel extremely welcome not only with a welcome basket (homemade biscuits were delicious) but also went out there way to get me some flowers, chocolates on my boyfriend request as a surprise for me… even made a homemade birthday cake!🤯 Everything about our weekend stay was perfect and we will be sure to book again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

NLMidden in de natuur zitten en toch van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaren hadden eigengebakken koekjes, eitjes van de kippen en vers fruit neergezet. Vanuit de pod kijk je de wei en het bos in waarin steeds weer andere dieren te zien zijn.

GBThe position of the pod was just perfect, so quiet and tranquil, A 5 star break, Stuart and Paul have thought of absolutely everything you need, including a welcome pack with delicious homemade cookies. Very comfortable bed and pillows. We were lucky enough to be there during wonderful weather so we were outside more than indoors. All in all a great getaway.

IEGBLocation lovely. Beautiful pod, very well equipped kitchen and great WiFi. Owners left gorgeous home made biscuits and eggs which was so kind.
The property while dog friendly is very close to horses, so most dogs this would mean they need to remain on lead at all times. I would recommend for future guests they bring a long lead. Also worth noting porch has no meaningful cover or protection from weather so only valuable to use in warm weather.
GBThe place was spotless. As if we were the first people to have ever stayed there. Everything you could need with added little touches. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Hot water in the sink was a little temperamental, despite following the instructions provided, but got there in the end
GBGBVery comfortable stay. The facilities within the pod exceeded our expectations - it was warm and cosy despite the storm raging outside. Nice touch to have milk and bottled water in the fridge and the biscuits were appreciated, too.
It was a shame there were no cushions for the outside seats, as although it was winter, it would've been nice to sit in the covered area outside. Apart from that, no complaints at all and the pod and the location could not be better.
