Danubius Apartments

This is the second time I have chosen this property as I am generally very satisfied. The property is clean, well maintained, equipped and for me also well located (it’s morning the city centre but close enough and Bratislava is relatively small so I can get easily everywhere. The staff is super responsive and helpful.

I have had some issues with the automatic locks, but as I said above the cane to fix it very quickly and were very helpful in navigating me to sort whatnot needed in the meantime.

Very large and very clean apartment. Fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom included washing machine. Excellent view of Bratislava from the 17th floor.

Only 1 body towel no small towel No hygienic paper (tp) had to buy myself No flexibility as to checking in 15 mins earlier. Lock allows only entry at 1500 Early check in from 1300 is payable and one gets a specific code. Host not willing to allow entry 15 mins earlier

The self-check-in system was a bit complicated (had to wait a lot to be able to open it) otherwise great

Absolutely stunning place! Very modern and clean, with big parking. Good localisation

The location, the view from the window is gorgeous

There was a full ashtray and a broken chair on the balcony

The apartment is cozy and quite clean. In general, everything is ok.

I really did not like the fact that in fact a deposit of 50 euros is taken, from which the tourist tax of the city is later deducted. In general, I wrote about this in the conditions when you book these apartments, but does anyone read this information? It seems to me that when choosing an apartment, people are mainly guided by a good rating, reviews, location and photos. There is no confidence in the fact that the 50 euros will be returned to you. This is not booking.com, as an official representative of the apartment, telling you about these additional 50 euros that must be paid. And then the very fact of getting into an apartment with these codes and doors is a kind of quest. Either I'm too old for this, or maybe it's still possible to make these things simpler?
