Location was not suitable for people with mobility issues
Handrail badly worn outside, 2 chair removed from dining table & replaced with bench, chair in the lounge hand holes in both arms of chair and had problems booking because of IT problems

Location good and overall site nice. Really enjoyed Murraypark Hotel
Lond queue to check in and then given wring access card. Rather run down and not pet friendly inside anywhere other than adjacent Murraypark Hotel

The views were stunning! Very spacious living/dining area. Great area for coats and shoes on entry. In a great area for taking the dogs, straight out on to a wooded walk. Has everything you could need. Loved it!
Kitchen a bit on the small side but that is me being incredibly picky. Could not fault it otherwise!

Lodge was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Christmas tree was a nice touch and the welcome gift.
Winter Wonderland was dissapointing. Only suitable for under 5s. Only 2 small fairground rides.

When we arrived in the lodge items were missing, for example, a cafeteria is required for the coffee that has been provided! It was also not the lodge that was advertised when booked via booking.com. The key cards did not initially work and then stopped working each day and we had to continually get new ones. Our meal order was wrong in the restaurant and one meal came 20 mins after the other! The restaurant still tried to add 10% service charge which is just a joke! This is probably the most disorganised place I have ever stayed, and the staff seem to not have any ability to do anything apart form say sorry. I guess they are used to that if this is the level of service you get! Was not offered anything in compensation for the poor service. The only good thing was Martin who kept running back and forth to our lodge with key cards etc! He probably should be put in charge of running the hotel!
