"Good place to stay to explore the town"

Host (Mother & Son) very punctual for key pick-up/drop-off and check-in/out. Apartment is very spacious and clean. Clean everywhere and good wifi. Stoves need lighter or matches to turn on, and I couldn't find either in the kitchen. So I contacted the Son and he came back to help

Location is a bit far (30+ min walk) from the old town and the train station. No pots in kitchen, only pans. Also no kettle. No hairdryer.
