The owner can't speak English and I've waited for 25 minutes in the cold his girlfriend (who couldn't speak English as well) for the keys. I paid and reserved an apartment for 3 people, but the sofa didn't have the function for sleep, and it was less than a meter long. The apartment is dirty, and it was on the 4th floor in a very old building without an elevator. The apartment is not for 3 people, it's very old and not comfortable
