Stunning gem in Pennington

Secure and spacious .

Dishwasher didn't work according to me ( I use mine a lot and know how to opperate one). Bathroom hot water tap makes a disturbing noise. Kitchen countertop were packed with loads of empty 5liter water bottles upon arrival. Cleaning equipment lying around everywhere: dustpan, mop, dirty cloths, bucket etc. DSTV took 3 requests to work properly. Check out time was 9h00, not 11h00. Main bedroom TV & DSTV not working at all. Window Blinds in a poor condition. Large Garden furniture set badly rusted. No tumble dryer available as advertised. No dressing room as advertised but that's not an issue . Kitchen tap is loose and dripping continuously.

The comfort and homely feel, the outside patio area, the pool. The proximity to the beach and shops.

The twin beds in the second bedroom are old and need to be changed. There weren't any ice trays in the freezer.

The Owner& Staff were very accommodative. I had a very pleasant stay. Beautify& peaceful establishment.

DSTV expired Subscription did not permit one to connect. Bathroom Tap for hot water had a disturbing noise resulting in neighbour's also complaining.

Neat premises well equipped.

Garden furniture badly rusted, no undercover parking for guest vehicles.

Lovely place to stay. Walking distance to the center of Pennington and beach. Very neat and clean and in a secure complex.

Although there was no air-conditioning the fans did the job.
