Large room, good room lay out, free and easy parking lot, polite reception, comfortable

We had one night stay. While we were not in the hotel staff entered to the room for "house keeping" during irregular hours. I belive it is with good intentions but, 1) House keeping is not expected by the customer if it is one night stay 2) Visits were done during hours that we weren't in the hotel. We were watched to leave and then visits done. Second one was when we were out during the evening. 3) We should be informed for such actions. 4) During visits almost nothing was touched, not usual house keeping, sheets not changed, no cleaning done etc (Also not expected for one night stay) but air condition was turned on for example. As I mentioned above I belive that the visits were done with good intentions but as a customer I do not want and I do not expect visits to my room in irregular hours, specially when it is an one night stay. If staff feels a necessity to visit the room in irregular hours like after 19:00, they should inform the customer.

Booked room one day in advance. Informed hotel that I will be arriving around midnight as I wasn’t sure what time we will pass Turkey-Greece border. On arrival hotel parking was full. Bunch of people were enquiring about rooms. There was no reception, everything was happening outside. It was midnight, I had two sleeping kids in the car. I approached the man in charge who couldn’t speak or understand English. I showed him my booking confirmation and told him I had a family room booked. He told me NO ROOM, NO ROOM! It took a while for him to understand that I had a room booked instead he was sending was away. That’s the last thing you expect after driving for 12hours and just hoping to get some rest before leaving in early hours to drive another 12hours to reach the ferry port in time. Room was incredibly stuffy and hot, outdated air conditioner wasn’t doing its job..double bed had no sheet, so just used a towel to cover myself..

For us it was a last minute decision to come in vacation in Greece. Innitially we want to go in Bulgaria. But fortunatelley it was best decision we made. The hotel has big and spacious rooms, the matresses are wonderfull (sleep like home), each room with a little kitchen with everyting you need and of course a bathfoom with shower. For a family with 2 kids (14 and 16 ) and two little dogs it was more than enough space. Downstairs there is a coffe shop were you can take a coffe and enjoy (best frappe ever) made by the owner of the hotel wich is a very kind and nice person. Across the street there is a minimarket were you can buy your supplies.We have visited Alexandropolis town wich is about 40 km away. But the most beautifull place we were is the wild beach Agios Sotiras. Clear warm water, sand bottom and smooth shore. About 100 meters from the shore the water reach your knees. You can drive your car by the beach right next to the water. Overall it was a very refreshing vacation and we will come back for sure! Ps. A big thank you to the owner for the frappe he gave us for the road!

I did not like that the vacation it's over. Hopefully we will come back next year! Thank you for the good time that we had at your location!

We stayed one night and it was just what we were looking for!

A convenient stopover in these roadside apartments. Nice hot water and a mini market nearby. Well positioned for visiting the Dadia national park.

Yellow stains in our bed linen, cigarette smell, mold on a walls

My travel companion left his expensive watch in the room when we left very early in the morning. After a phone call, the owner retrieved the watch and will courier it to my home address. Excellent service. The hotel is close to the Turkish border and is very good value for money.

There was no coffee in the room so we had to leave 'dry'.
