Ruhija Gorilla Guest House

Syria heeft ons fantastisch ontvangen. Een vrouw om in je hart te sluiten. Alles was goed vezorgd met lunchpakket en lunch en diner. Ruhija wandelen was ook interessant. Geniet van de gorilla's! Die vergeet je nooit meer

Cilyia, the owner, is very kind and helpful. The room is clean and well equipped, mosquitos net on beds, hot water is available. Location is very nice, cured and the opens space is cozy and comfortable, beers/wines and sodas available on request. Everything is perfect!

Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits à Ruhija gorilla guest house . Tout était parfait ! Le personnel était serviable , gentil et à l’écoute . Ainsi que la manager toujours aux petits soins .

Estuvimos super agusto! El alojamiento era normal, estaba bien y las camas comodas. Comimos y cenamos muy bien y estaba cerca de la puerta del sector ruhija. Lo mejor es el pueblo en si! Hicimos la visita a la escuela y a la tribu local y nos dimos una vuelta por el pueblo y fue una experiencia increible. Todo ello aconsejado por la mujer del alojamiento que era muy agradable, al igual que el hombre.

staff, nice location

No power, wifi or hot water for most of the stay. No mobile reception either, so tricky to get work done, after planning to do so because wifi was an advertised facility.

The staff, Nelson, Isaac and Benison could not have done more to make our stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Thank you so much for your care, attentiveness and company. Nelson you could not have done more for us and Isaac your food was excellent. Benison worked very hard and kept us very well in hot and cold water. The location is excellent. We were not gorilla trekking but it is just up the road from the reception centre. It is a very short walk from the small hub of Ruhija. Our room was spacious and the bed very warm and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in the future. It was excellent value for money.

There were issues about connectivity and so it may not be possible to pay for your stay and consumables by card. We would suggest that you take sufficient cash with you.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmte bei uns leider gar nicht. Wir hatten einen so hohen Preis bezahlt, für den wir in der Stadt ein 4-Sterne Hotel bekommen hätten müssen. Wahrscheinlich einfach zur falschen Zeit gebucht; trotzdem sollte man so extrem viel für so eine eine Unterkunft nicht verlangen dürfen. Wegen des Gorilla-Trecking sind die Unterkünfte natürlich allgemein sehr teuer dort, das ist uns natürlich bewusst. Wenn man so viel Geld für das Tracking zahlt, sollte man es auch noch für die Unterkunft haben. Trotzdem sollte es noch einigermaßen im Verhältnis stehen. Der Gastgeber war aber sehr nett und hat uns auch geholfen, weil wir noch Unterlagen brauchten. Beim Abendessen hätte er uns nur noch was zum trinken anbieten können. Das verzeihen wir aber weil er wirklich sehr nett war und wir uns gut unterhalten haben.
