Location was good - which explains the price. Isabella was friendly, as was the cleaner. That’s it.

1. Not value for money- room missing basics like a safe. 2. We felt like we had to work around the staff- not very flexible. Keeping bags was a difficult; and we have to fit the managers/ owners timetable. 3. Breakfast available- but freshness questionable. Pastries brought up again from previous day, etc 4. No 24- hour reception. 5. Very basic free toiletries, and not enough of them. Felt very stingy considering how much the B&B is. 6. Iron provided, but no board. 7. Poor communication - parking available locally but the manager didn’t respond till on day of arrival. Which was annoying. 8. Could not find the bar in description.

The lady who owned it was really lovely and helpful. It was very central and walking distance from everything. The room was very nice. The breakfast was also really good.

It is a really nice hotel and the rooms are clean and spacious but it's very different to how it's portrayed online. I wouldn't class it as beach front, it is in the town, but the beach is a 5 minute walk away. The photos make it look like there's a pool and a roof top where you can lie out, but there's no pool and the roof top is incredibly basic. It's a very nice but basic hotel. I also wish I'd known in advance how difficult it is to park close by, the streets are very small and a lot are one way. You have to park at the station which is quite a long walk away when it's hot and you have a large suitcase. Also, parking is incredibly hard to find when it's peak season. I had to drive around the station car park for an hour to find a spot.

Bed was great. Location very good.

Bathroom shower had mold and paint peeling off of the tiles.

Our stay at this B&B was extremely disappointing and far from the relaxing experience we had hoped for. The issues began immediately with a non-functioning air conditioner, which made the unbearable heat even worse. To make matters worse, the street noise outside was very loud, and with the poorly insulated windows and doors, it felt like the noise was right inside our room. When my husband confronted the owner about the A/C, her response was priceless: "Yes, I know, with this heat it's normal it doesn't work!" The room itself had potential but was unfortunately outdated and lacked basic amenities, such as a USB charger. The ceiling in the bedroom was so low that we literally had to crawl into bed. The mattress was of poor quality, leading to an uncomfortable night's sleep, and the lack of a coffee table in the already small lounge area was just another inconvenience. The walls were dirty, covered in various marks, which added to the overall feeling of neglect. Breakfast was a major letdown. The croissants were overheated in the microwave, which is unacceptable for a so-called luxury suite. There was nothing fresh or appetizing about the meal, which looked like a budget serving. Additionally, the paint on the steps to the pool was peeling, and the heat from the pool's dehumidifier made the apartment even more uncomfortable. Overall, we were deeply dissatisfied and disappointed with our booking. This B&B did not meet our expectations in any way, and we would not recommend it to others.

The property is so clean and accessible. The owner is really nice and very accommodating. They have even prepare a nice breakfast for us since we need to leave very early the following day.
