ROModern apartment with a very good location in Porto center with a very well explained and easy self check in process. It is also a well-equipped and clean apartment with a nice terrace.
It gets pretty noisy in the morning because of the seagulls.
CAStrong wifi/AC, lots of English channels on the TV, extremely quiet (5th FL unit). Best location in town. And the host Tiago was one of the nicest people we met in Portugal, so kind and friendly, and he always responded to our messages promptly.
Hot water in shower only lasts for about 3 or 4 min before turning cold, a lot of mold around the bathtub, bathtub drain was broken (which was VERY disappointing since we booked this property to specifically to relax in a bathtub:( There was also a lot of hair throughout the apartment (not ours), including inside the refrigerator, and the toilet bowl brush was discoloured brown and had leftover feces on it. Hope future guests don't have to see that upon their arrival.

PLGB-Excellent host, easy communication, good advice & recommendations from Tiago. -Perfect location, everything in a short walking distance. -Sparkle clean, it smelled so fresh when I first entered. -Very well equipped, kitchen & bathroom very modern. -Balcony is a top notch.
I really can't think of any negatives about this place.

BEsuperb location, nice small terrace excellent accommodations clean and well-maintained studio. very easy and automated check-in and check-out system.
the soundproofing to the hall was poor, but the soundproofing to the other apartments was excellent. When other people arrived you could hear them very well, but once in their studio, you couldn't hear them anymore. There are only 4 studios on your floor, so it was not a dealbreaker.
