Mavromata's Cozy Apartment

The flat is newly renovated, small - cosy is a correct word - but comfortable for our 3-people family. The owner, Mavromata comes to check if everything is all right and cleans herself. Lots of treats - jams,croissants,fruit. Really nice touches. Most of all - the location is ideal. Quiet residential village, walking distance (15mins) to a supermarket, bakery, 15 mins walk to the town of Plaka, about 30 to historic sites like Venus of Milos,the amphitheatre and the catacombs, 20 mins to Firopotamos or Mandrakiab beach. We had a car and there is a private parking space. And we really enjoyed the sun lounge patio. The property is managed by an agency. I can't say enough howhelpful they were. They helped us arrange transfer. And they partner with local businesses, for example a coffee place ftom which you can order breakfast - or cocktails - delivery.

Not a single issue

Mavromatas is a beautiful lovely apartment decorated with a lot of taste and anything you might need from cotton pads to coffee capsules. Beds are very comfortable and the apartment is really spacious. On top of that there is a huge terrace with sofàs, sunbeds, cofee tables to enjoy the delicious taylor made breakfast delivered to your door every morning from Monk Cafè. The house owner provided us regularly with fresh fruits, and as wellcome fresh water and a mounthwatering Greek cake

The only remark is that the beautiful terrace is unfortunately not overlooking the sea. The apartment is not cheap, but the quality of the whole experience has high value.
