A lovely clean and renovated hotel, cafe just around the corner for light breakfast,not ideal for wheelchair user though or anyone who struggles with stairs, so if you have mobility issues, not ideal & you need to be mindful of the stairs. Lovely view and tiny Chapel next to hotel

Nothing I didn't like. I would definitely stay again, it can be a little noisy as it's wood flooring, which is appropriate with this renovated building. If you don't mind walking there is a small centre nearby. Beds are comfy and ceilings are high. Lovely little find in Modena
