Nzuri Nest Apartments Zuba

It was a pleasure to stay here. Excellent service from arrival to departure. Christophe the manager was more than helpful. He went out of his way to ensure that our stay was exceptional. The apartment is superb! Clean, spacious rooms that are well furnished with all the amenities you could possibly need and a well equipped kitchen. The beds are king size and very comfortable. All bedrooms have ensuite bathroom. Free WiFi works perfectly. The location is not far from the city centre and close to the airport. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful and has great views. I highly recommend this apartment! P.S. Christophe, your hospitality is unmatched! I hope we will have the opportunity to visit Kigali and Nzuri Nest Apartments again.

The key benefit of staying at Nzuri Nest Apartments is the host, actually the caretaker, Chris. He is pleasant, diligent and always willing to assist, help out and to solve issues to the best of his ability. And if I ever decided to book Nzuri Nest Apartments again, it would mostly be because of Chris. Depending on where you need to be, the location can also be very good. For one person, Nzuri Nest Apartments was actually too big. It is more suited to 3 or 4 people travelling together - a family, for example. Having the housekeeper come in Monday to Saturday was also great as well. Access to a washing machine is a plus too. The WiFi worked well and there is NetFlix available but no other channels. The apartment is generally well furnished but could do with a few more plates and glasses, especially if there are more than 2 of you staying there.

When I arrived I was greeted with cockroaches in the kitchen and a water kettle that did not work. The kettle was replaced and they did send someone to try and get rid of the cockroaches but this was only 70% successful. They certainly reduced but were still around. While having the housekeeper was great, I did find her sleeping on one of the beds when I unexpectedly arrived earlier back than I usually did. Getting into the parking area was also a mission, requiring multiple attempts and lots of backwards and forwards. Even my driver struggled. There was an issue of the water running out one day but the owner was busy installing another water tank during my stay so this should have been sorted out by now.

The manager was helpful, he went out to buy groceries for us, I highly recommend this Appartment

that it was a bit out of town. But then again, it was only 4.5km from KCC. So not too far. But it is definitely not walking distance.
