Huge, very big place. Lots of space for little ones to move around. Really appreciated the laundry, and the laundry soap. That was chefs kiss. To have laundry soap. Such a small thing makes a huge difference.

The washing machine. The location was perfect. The apartment was huge - it has to be the best equipped apartment I’ve ever stayed in.

The apartment was clean, large, fully stocked kitchen, and as advertised. The multiple baths and laundry were perfect for our family and length of stay. There were numerous restaurants, shops, groceries, and night life right outside the unit. Although centrally located the apartment favored the rear of the building and you couldn't hear any of the liveliness outside. There are also numerous parking lots and spots within the area which was also great.

We were unable to use the patio area as it needed a good power wash as there seemed to be a lot of pigeon activity above.

An exceptional property that is modern, clean and provides all of the required amenities to feel like you’re at home- dishes, pots, iron, hair dryer, washer, crib, etc. Well equipped and VERY spacious for a single family or multiple families travelling with or without children. Air conditioning was key and safety features were greatly appreciated. Location is ideal as you are right in the centre of Ponta Delgada- walking distance to shops, restaurants, events and attractions. The apartment is quiet at night and tv/wifi allows for evening local entertainment. Paulo, the property owner, was exceptional in keeping in contact with us, before and during our stay, to ensure that we had everything we needed. We will definitely be recommending this apartment to family and friends and will book it again for our next stay. Thank you Paulo for assisting us in having a great vacation.
