Brudna łazienka, wszystkie narożniki przy podłodze w łazience nie szorowane od miesięcy, pleśń przy podłodze pod prysznicem, fugi brudne, armatura zuzÿta, powycierana, zakamieniona, dyspenser na szampon oderwany i wiele razy przyklejany na sylikon, znowu odpadł.. suszarka wyłącza się co killa chwil, przypalona i minimalną skutecznością.. nie da się z niej korzystać. Pokój czysty, ale bardzo nieustawny, zagracony meblami poupychanymi na zbyt małej powierzchni,, nie ma jak rozłożyć walizki... pokój na 3 piektrze a wlasciwie na chodniku.. bardzo ciemny pokój

Прекрасное расположение, приветливый персонал, хороший завтрак. Можно смело вбирать этот отель в Тбилиси. Из минусов только шумновато с улицы( Но в самом центре прекрасного города и туристического движения.

I’ll start with the excellent service of the hotel staff, from the reception team to the cleaning and maintenance staff. The hotel’s location is very good and you can reach everywhere on foot. The entrance to the hotel requires climbing quite a few stairs. The hotel is adjacent to hot springs and to the botanical garden. The hotel price matches what it offers.

The hotel itself is old and more suitable for three stars. The size of the room and the bathroom is comfortable, but the bed in our room creaked a lot just from turning from side to side, and it was hard to sleep like that. The balcony is very small — surprising it’s even called a balcony — and you couldn’t see any view, only partial rooftops. There is no acoustic insulation, and from the rooms you can hear every small noise from outside. The lobby is small, old, and dark, the elevator is tiny, and the dining room is very outdated like the rest of the hotel. The meal was nice, but nothing more.
