New apartment with balcony

Fantastic location right next to the Duomo in a pedestrian area. Parking on a 10 min walking distance. Great split level apartment, 3rd floor, modern, clean and equipped with everything you need (incl airco). Good, soft 2-person bed on the split level and sleeping couch on below floor worked really well for our kids. Bathroom was clean and good in size. What stood out the most is the exceptional service and attention from the host, Tommi, who is in direct contact and ready to support directly if needed (earlier check-in for example). He also shared an info pack upfront with detailed check-in process, parking, restaurant, sightseeing options etc. which proved to be really helpful.

Tomaso is an awesome host, super responsive, provided all needed information. Location of apartment is superb, in the very center, so you can experience city vibe, which is great! If you're with a car be prepared to walk couple of min, but it's totally worth it.

Everything was great!

Amazing location, very clean and decorated in a simple and modern style. All equipment was available, including a coffee machine. The balcony overlooking the street allowed us to enjoy a drink while watching the world go by. The AC was perfect to come back to a cool apartment after a long day in the sun.

Nothing.

The communication before and during with Tommi was excellent. I received suggestions general weeks ahead for food and sites in Genoa. A detailed video showed us how to get our key and into the apartment. The apartment was warm and inviting and in a perfect location. This is the place to stay in Genoa. Thank You Tommi again for the great experience!

Everything was perfect

Clean and tidy, great access to the city and beyond. Tommi had a lot of recommendations, we like to shop and eat as on a budget, we found the market at Eately great and MOG the big market full of everything. Definitely do a day trip to Portofino and get trains along the coast as it’s cheap and easy. A walkable city.

For us could just do with a toaster.

The building has a lift which is very convenient.The flat itself is nicely decorated and very well located. Most of the sights are at walking distance. We haven't met Tommi but he has been an excellent host. Before we arrived he texted lots of very useful information about good restaurants ( some very close to the flat), sights and even a video showing how to get in. He continued in contact with us during our stay answering all our questions and offering to help in all ways.

Really nice studio style apartment near the centre of town. Incredible service and help from Tommi who provided everything we needed.. excellent communication, was happy to accomodqte a late departure from the property and even dropped an iron and ironing board to us which he had yet to buy for the property.

We loved everything about the place, especially sitting on the porch overlooking the street life of the neighborhood. Genoa is a remarkable city and this sweet little apartment is a perfect spot in the middle of it all.

There's nothing we didn't like. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and sweet, the location perfect.

Booked this apartment for a holiday based in Genoa, what a find it is absolutely fantastic. I have stayed in many but this by far exceeds. The location is excellent on a pedestrian street a short walk to the port and minutes from the main areas. The building itself was lovely safe and secure, the apartment was wow, made great use of space was immaculate and comfortable with all amenities you would require including a hairdryer and a walk in wardrobe area. The small touches made it a home from home. The host was great excellent communication throughout and gave lots of good recommendations. Would highly recommended you will not be disappointed.
