Lo bien que nos atendieron personalmente. Quedamos muy contentos y agradecidos. El pequeño hotel estaba bien localizado y atendido muy bien por una persona todo el tiempo. Nos recibió, nos informó sobre la localidad, nos ayudó a instalarnos. Después nos ofrecieron gratuito un sustituto del desayuno que no figuraba en el servicio. Zona sin trafico ni ruido y muy bien atendido por lis alrededores para necesidades básicas. Después, por urgencia familiar, tuvimos que anular otra estancia y lo hicieron gratuitamente. Me pareció que era más allá de un pequeño hotel. Un servicio muy bueno y muy amable. Sin duda, muy recomdable.

Location was very good for walking into centre of town and was walking distance from Bus/ train station.

It wasn’t very big.

We found the hotel to be reasonably located and easy to find. It was about a 30 minutes walk to reach the castle. There are two onsite parking spaces, at the front of the hotel - both of which were available when we arrived. Otherwise, there is ample on-street parking close by. The day before our arrival, I received a message that provided our two room numbers, along with the access codes for the front door and the room doors. There was no staff member on site when we arrived, but there was someone there later in the day and also the following morning when we checked out. The staff member provided us with physical keys for the rooms, but we found the code access to be easier. Our daughter and grandsons twin room was an upgrade on the standard Twin Room that we had booked, and it was lovely. Very spacious with a sitting area and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. There's a large window between the bathroom and the sleeping area, but it comes with a pull down blind for privacy. Our Deluxe Double room was smaller in comparison but was comfortable nonetheless. Both rooms had a balcony with chairs, a small fridge and a microwave. And the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning unit worked well on the heating cycle and the wifi worked well. There is no meal service at the hotel, but there was a welcome box that contained some breakfast items such as a muffin, croissant and juices. But we didn't use those items.

Overall, we were very happy with the hotel. If I were to nit-pick, there was some mould on the sheer curtain next to the balcony door - likely from something having been spilled on it. And the coiled power cord on the hairdryer in the bathroom has not been cleaned for a long time - it is grimy. (Both of these issues being in the Deluxe Double).

Se encuentra cerca del centro en una zona tranquila. Hay parking en el hotel y en la calle también. La habitación y el baño muy amplios. Una habitación muy agradable.
