Clean & very near to location i need to go

I check in at 5.40pm. I request to check out at 12pm but have been decline. We all a bit tired and request only 1 hr late check out. Before check out we have dump all the rubish into dumpster. We have clean all plate and glass we used. If we dont do that might be we can save that 1 hr. Or should we do or no need to do? What will owner comments if we just leave it?

"UTP Convo MAR Homestay with family of 6."

Clean, comfy and quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen ameneties makes us feel there is no need to dine out. Will definitely lookout for this homestay again should we come here anytime in the future. The host was always available to answer my queries.

The bathroom doesn't have hot water shower. I would surely give 10/10 rating for that. Other than that I really can't find any complaint.
