"Air situation needs improvement"

Location was great and had paid parking and was the main reason for selecting the property. Hard to reach it by car due to circulation restrictions and construction in the area, we had to enter while breaking some legal rules, that was however not property related issue

It had a very persistent smell of closed air mixed with smoking or similar, all our clothes got the smell and we only spent one night, we had to open the windows to fresh up the air and it did not help. Also, we visited in December and the room was cold when we arrived, it got to pleasant late in the night, at least we did not feel sorry to loose heat when opening windows to get fresh air in due to the smell mentioned:)
