Quick and easy to collect the keys as directed on the notes sent. Perfect location in the centre and ideal for what we was there for. It was warm and window a don’t open so the rooms got stuffy but nothing major

Good location

It was so hot. The thermostat said the flat was 25 degrees, we couldn’t open the windows and the air con (which the listing claims to have) didn’t work. It made the entire stay very uncomfortable. One of the shows also didn’t work. When I messaged the property manager about these issues, there was no reply. Really poor service.

Great location. Spacious apartment. The layout made sense and was roomy enough for 10 people.

Only complaint is there could have been more toilet roll and only one key for 10 people. The intercom doesn’t work to buzz people in so we did have to walk downstairs to let someone in. But that is really a minor inconvenience , more pure laziness

Location and facilities in apartment.

I had trouble getting in to apartment on Saturday. I contacted the person in charge numerous times but got no answer. Other friends tried contacting the person also but got no answer. Eventually after over 1 hr I got in contact with the person. It was very stressful and there were 8 of us to accommodate.
