The studio was very damp, causing blankets and clothes to remain wet and giving the house a strong musty smell. Despite informing the landlord, we did not receive much help. Additionally, the bed wasn’t very comfortable, and although warm water was consistently available, these issues significantly impacted the overall experience.

The property was super clean and tidy. Functional for a short stay and great location. Tucked away from noise and the main thoroughfare.

I didn’t research it enough to know about the narrow set of steps leading to the apartment. It was not a deal breaker but it was difficult to get a regular sized suitcase up the steps. Not an issue for our half sized case. The shower doesn’t have a soap holder so come prepared for that. Unlike many other apartments we stayed at, there are no personal touches here and no ‘left overs’ from other guests. The kitchen is not designed for cooking up a storm but good for warming up food, there is no oven. Again, not a deal breaker but good to know that you will need to buy all your supplies if you intend to prepare meals, make coffee etc. There is a tiny 2 cup kettle and a decent toaster. There is no outdoor area and the space is fine for 2 for short stays. The host provided some good information about things to see and the amenities in the area.

We had an amazing stay at Angela’s apartment. She met us and checked us in, and gave us a tour around the apartment and some tips for the local area! The apartment was well equipped and super clean. The location was also excellent. Would definitely stay here again!
