Very clean and comfortable, great location (even for reluctant younger walkers!!).

On site shop provided some essentials (be warned - next to no baby food in case you find yourself short!), however shop and restaurant charged "tourist prices" - better off walking to the Asda about 10mins away or 20mins takes you to an Aldi/Lidl. Also whilst food was nice, it definitely wasn't worth the money paid - however that was a site issue and nothing to do with the caravan which was lovely.

Location is good, about 30 minutes walk to the seafront, arcades, shops and fair. Site is OK needs some TLC. Caravan itself was spacious although one bedroom is more suited for children than adults.

Caravan needs some TLC, too. Pictures show a clean, perfect caravan, but they are dated, and when we arrived although it's pleasing to the eye when you start to look, it's worn and not clean! My bed had no bottom sheet, or if it did look like a mattress protector, so I slept on top of the duvet. 2 towels for 3 adults and one toddler. Plates on the table are full of dust, pots under the sink are just thrown on the floor, and so we didn't use them. Bin is broken. Cuterly dirty. WiFi connected, however, wouldn't connect to the TV at night, so I was unable to watch. Sand all over outdoor furniture and decking was filthy. Carpets stained, stools dirty, cigarette burns in throws on settee, and the caravan has a strong smell of what I can only describe as 'weed' in one section of the sofa. Not pleasant at all. The number of air fresheners does not mask the smell. Not worth the money we paid at all.

£80 added for extra bed, why????? The price and contents were not as advertised. There were no toilet rolls, towels (1 found in black bin bag in bedroom but mouldy), and no safety deposit box. Caravan was generally not clean, mainly kitchen and bathrooms. The crockery wasn't clean. The soap dispenser & toothbrush holders were dirty. Both bathroom bins had not been emptied. The bathroom floor was dirty. The kitchen bin was broken and held on by a string and filthy, and rubbish just chucked under the sink. The microwave and grill didn't work. The kettle was full of limescale. The outdoor cushions were left outside in the rain. The fridge freezer is not clean or big enough. The electricity tripped from the outside supply ( no help from the owner ). The springs on all mattresses were so bad that we had to sleep on the duvets. The front door is hard to open as it's too low. When I arrived, the keybox was not locked. Overall, it is definitely not worth the price, and im very disappointed. And when we complained to the owner about the cleanliness, they replied that they have changed the cleaning company and thanked me for notifying them so that future guests would have a great holiday experience. This did not rectify or help our situation.... it's not professional or acceptable. This is the worst experience I've had through Booking.com

Lovely caravan, comfy beds, lovely hot shower even better being able watch Netflix ! Would definitely recommend. Owners easy to get hold of and responsive on The phone, Thank you for a lovely stay !

Good location, could easily walk to the beach. Nice caravan, was comfortable and well presented. Handy to have 2 toilets. And the shower was much better than expected for a caravan. Had a great break, would book again.

Only 2 hand towels provided for 3 adults. No bin bags and sparce amount of toilet roll. All fine, but it would of been helpful to know before we arrived. Couldn't get the WiFi to connect, but that didn't effect us to much.
