The staff were pleasant and welcoming

The fact that I booked on Booking.com and paid prior to my stay. I was then charged again that I was informed was an incidental fee and I was ok with that. The next day I checked out and inquired when I would receive that back and was informed that I would not because it was the room charge. I showed them the receipt that I had paid and they refused to give me a refund and told me to take it up with booking. Booking also was not helpful so I needed up paying over $300 for one night at a mediocre hotel!

You get what you pay for. Reasonably priced hotel, nothing luxurious. Out in the middle of nowhere. Close to the Outlet Mall, if that's why you are in town. However, they do have a great shuttle service to airport and Gaylord (where my conference was held), which was wonderful
