"Room was nice and cool upon arrival"

Location

Front desk charge extra fee for didn’t tell me until after charged. I was told to come at 12:00 pm and room would be ready. Arrived at 12:00 only to be told my room was just gave away by day manager. They would call me when was available No other explanation no apologies nothing! I had my sickly mother with me and had to find a place for her to stay until time. If I wasn’t so exhausted from travel I would have went to hotel across the street So disappointing and discouraging. After I was told I could get a discount for being a government employee I ask again about it on arrival manager says no they don’t honor that. When I was clearly told this when I spoke with Hotel Day before. I usually always stay here on all my trips but I will have to go somewhere on my next trips to Grapevine . This place is definitely going downhill

"basketball tournament weekend stay"

Clean and convenient to the Grapevine Mall. Staff was so helpful along with Booking customer service representative to let me check in day early and adjust my departure day since I had accidentally booked wrong dates.

Did not care for the indoor pool. Too small.
