Art Apartments Govora Cluj

I would like to start by saying that, unfortunately, I did a mistake, I arrived 2 hours later than the check-in time. The owner answered on the phone and told us how to get in. When I booked the room, I booked two bedrooms and two beds, one of which was a sofabed. That's how it was offered on booking page. I agreed to the aofabed, since we were in town on business and I knew we wouldn't spend much time at the apartment. We arrived after 00:00 and we were saddened to note that the sofabed was empty. It was covered with a cover, which also had long strands of hair. We reflexively looked under the sofa and unfortunately found two extremely dirty pillows, without covers and with a dusty bathroom rug thrown in next to them. Everywhere we looked, there was no bedding. The bedding in the other bedroom was acceptaple with, two worn pillowcases, which, by the way, did not smell freshly washed. If you're tired, you can get a solution, but we didn't get one for the cold. The thermostat didn't work. The battery was dead, and since we are technicians, we had two batteries that we replaced in it, and when it was turned on, we sadly realized that it was 10 degrees in the apartment. The problem was that the boiler did not turn on immediately. The boiler was locked with a door, so we couldn't check whether it was under power or not. It was very cold and shortly we realised we didn't have any hot water. We fed up and fell asleep as best we could. I called the owner in the morning, again asking for forgiveness for the late check-in. I asked him if it would be possible to get the pillow and quilt for the other sofabed, and if he could find a solution for the cold and hot water. He started talking to me in a terribly rude manner, telling me that he could get me out of the apartment if he wanted to, since we arrived after the check-in time. I said I am sorry again, and let's find a solution for problems.

The apartment is very untidy. There is dust everywhere, the furniture is stained, sticky, even the curtains are crumpled and dirty. There is no kettle, table or chairs in the kitchen. On the big bed one small pillow, no covers. Very poor noise insulation, you can hear the neighbors moving chairs or talking. The owner put us in another apartment, not the one I booked and not the one that was on the photo, because I asked for an extra set of linens for the sofa, but as it turned out, the sofa is not designed for sleeping, which I was not warned about before. So we left early in the morning even though we paid for two days in advance. By the way, there is a cemetery 10 meters from the house.
