everything was great. we got upgreaded and the staff was amazing. espacialy chahal who was so kind and helped us with everything.

The crew was really helpful and friendly. They made the stay more welcoming and homely. The food was great and service was amazing.

I think the location of the stay is a little secluded, the drive towards the city is not the best but its manageable.

Nothing. It was perfect

It was a really beautiful hotel, just far away from the city , the staff really nice with us and food breakfsst really good , just the room will sometimes be a bit humid in the entrance and was slippery even not using the shower and a lot of little bugs like crickets

Certain areas of the hotel especially the ballroom and the bar looked premium. The breakfast was relatively good.

The hotel overlooks a remote area near a slum, with views of a highway not what you would expect from a premium stay. The suite lacked a balcony despite my booking, and a special anniversary request was completely ignored—no gesture, not even flowers. The overall experience felt far from premium; only the name “Anantara” lived up to expectations. The garden was poorly maintained with artificial grass, room plugs didn’t work, the bathroom phone was broken and left hanging, and the food was below average.

I loved everything from the decor, the welcoming till end of my stay. They makes you feel like royal

The property is new and amazing!! However its still new and some things are not functional.
