Nice and very clean apartment:-)

Close to airport. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was okay. Beautiful view of Catania and Mount Etna from the balcony. Despite our very late arrival, the owner was waiting for us with the keys. I recommend it!

The accommodation was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and we felt right at home. We highly recommend it. We have nothing to criticize. The only small issue was the almost nonexistent communication from the host in case of questions.

The flat is really nice: newly renovated and fresh, it is also very well equipped with all you need, including a washing machine. it is very clean and nice. it consists of a kitchen/sitting room , bed room and bathroom. The place is great to stay, well maintained. you can see Etna from a balcony. As regards the location, it is near the airport, so the place makes sense only for those with a car who want to sleep near the airport.

Absolutely terrible contact! The contact with the owners is the worst I have ever experienced in my life of 22 years of finding accommodation via Booking.com: for 7 months I tried to contact the host regarding some important question vis SMSs, phone calls, WhatsApp messages/calls, email and Booking communication! No response, zero reaction. It seemed that place was defunct and I was really afraid that when I would come to sleep, nobody would open the door and I would be forced to look for new accommodation  somewhere else in the middle of the night. Even the Booking.com staff had to intervene, trying hard for some time to get in touch with the owner. Only a day before my arrival I got a confirmation from Booking.com that that place was still operating. Otherwise no contact. Horrible! Another thing: I saw one big cockroach running in the bedroom. Really bad. The surrounding area is very uninteresting, the house is at an intersection of two busy and very noisy roads – you may need earplugs to sleep.

The apartman was quite spacious, with a great view of the Etna vulcano. There was 2 smart TV, an air conditioning, the kitchen was well equipped as well. All in all it was modern and comfortable. We were very nervous about the traffic because we were worried about our rental car, but the owner arranged for us to park in a small fenced area next to the apartman. We could see our car from the balcony.

The owner is a very positive person, but it was hard to communicate because he couldn’t speak in English.

The apartment is super nice, new with all you need. The views of the mountain are amazing and we also got a spot in a closed parking. Although i did not like the area and it was quite busy in the morning, i would repeat.
