Well maintained and good in area near Shahtalai

Food was not to the mark. Need improvement to next level as per Resort being so nice

I like the location and playing facilities such as swimming pool, Billiards table, table tennis etc. The architecture of the overall building is good with minor suggestions. The resort has having ample parking space. The resort looks excellent from outside giving feeling of richness.

The rooms lacks ambience. There were no such decorative lamps or paintings in the room to enhance it's richness. The walls of the room were having scratches, foot prints and little bit dirty. The room was not clean & tidy to my expectations of high standard, which the resort boasts from outside and inspite of my asking for getting the room sweeped once again, the Resort staff failed to attend to my request. There was dust in the corners and on the soap dispenser in the bathroom. The room lacks easy chairs to relax or to enjoy your cup of tea or drinks. There was no such proper space to stack your luggage inspite of wardrobe in the room. The area of the room was quite spacious but it's utilization seems to be not in a proper manner. Where, the teamaker was placed, it doesn't have enough lighting. The bathroom was not having proper toiletries and the same were provided on my asking, which was quite embarrassing to ask every minute for providing something essential, whereas, the same should have been placed nicely and neatly before hand. The room service and service in the dinning area was poor, as it seems that there was lack of proper staff. The professionalism in the Staff was missing. The buffet breakfast served was of average quality and lacks variety. However, my aforesaid observations are not to discourage the guests but suggestions for the betterment. Regards
