"Disappointing in behaviour of manager/receptionist."

Overall ambiance was good. Cleanliness was good and location was good too (although hard to find initially). the lighting and room decor was ok too.

The person at the reception was rude and disrespectful. We left the hotel after his taunts and extremely arrogant behavior despite booking it for 3 nights. Extremely disappointed in the way they deal with customers.
