Lantana ex Villa Americana

I am very disappointed with my stay. The room was cold, and the air conditioning was not working properly. It was blowing unpleasant, smelly air. They haven’t cleaned it in a long time. The cleanliness was also far below acceptable standards. There were crumbs on the chairs, on the table, and on kitchen elements. I even found crumbs and a dead fly in the bed, which was completely unacceptable. The mattress is old and worn out. You can clearly feel the metal springs pressing into your back. Overall, this left a very bad impression. I honestly feel like they are only interested in taking guests’ money while not providing even the minimum standard of service. I would not recommend this place.

Non mi è stato assegnato l'appartamento che avevo scelto, c'erano scaffali inscatolati appoggiati ad una parete, mancavano forchette, coltelli e cucchiani e c'erano solo cucchiai, il wc era sporco di polvere di muratura, c'era una borsa di plastica con materiali di pulizia dimenticata sul piano a fianco al lavandino, la bombola del gas stava finendo e ho potuto utilizzare solo un piano a induzione, alle 20.30 non ho voluto telefonare ancora una volta al proprietario
