The staff was really efficient and kind.

Most significant issue was the prevalence of cigarette smoke in most of the building.

The rooms are well decorated, very comfortable and clean. The staff is very very helpful, they gave me an extra hand in times of need when I needed to find a very specific item in the local stores, helping me with suggestions and translations.

Aircon didn't work. Please address that.

The location of the hotel is good. The nearby park full of roses can be accessed from the garden of the hotel, which is nice. The restaurant is very good with very tasty food. The room itself (apart from bathroom) was very big and clean.

The bathroom, even though it was clean, was not for the standard of 4 star hotel, some bits from the sink were missing, we could not use a shower cabin as normal - we had to hold the shower by hand in a certain position and level for water not to reach the sides of the shower cabin, because it would leak a lot next to the wall and around door sealings and it was flooding the whole shower room. Talking about this to the reception person, no help with cleaning the bathroom floor after flooding was offered (I had to do it myself), neither the change of the room was offered (good we stayed only for one night), the reception guy was useless.

The food at the hotel restaurant is delicious.

The hotel certainly cannot be called a 4-star hotel. It is possible to have met the conditions a long time ago when it was opened. The interior of the hotel gives you the impression of a hotel for workers on assignment. Poor breakfast or almost none at all. I didn't have any kind of fruit (you could have at least apples, they're not that expensive). Inferior service quality proportional to the price of accommodation
