Nice large appartament on two floors/duplex (3rd & 4rd stage) with 3 bedrooms and 2 balcons with sea & montain view to the bay. - 1st floor is with 1 living room + kitchen area + 1 guest/childern bedroom + 1 closet + 1 large balcon with terrace & table - 2nd floor is with 1 "parents bedroom" + 1 "childern bedroom" + 1 bathroom with shower & closet + 1 large balcon with terrace & sitting chairs On 1st floor close to kitchen only closet, on second floor is bathroom with shower & closet. Enougth space for 5-7 persons. Parking place for car near house. Untill local beach 3-5 min max. walking slowly. Close to location 7-10 min by car other super nice beaches (upper to Anse Mitan or lower to Anse Noir or Dufour). Local beach in village Anse A L'ane is a little silty/ slimed (because drenage channel going in to bay). But is siutable for swiming and sunbathe totally. Enougth space for all tourists. Sand on beach is grey colored but its also comfortable for staying. In small quied village also availble local petit Carefour supermarket & Boulangerie. Few local bistro's on beach. Also local simple Pizzeria is there working 7/24 Neigthbours in appartamens are old french people, really quit at nigth (except drenage water channel from mountain behind house - a little noise during rains - but totally are ok). If u prefer stay at flat - than is good choise of this location. Super view on bay from both balcones (3rd & 4rd floor) wich visit different local birds in different colors. Our family spend there 4 weeks of vacation and by opportunity wish to return again. All rooms are with air conditioners - no problem with it. Also wifi is working fast - youtube or other run perfectly. Recomended for familys with childern or without. Owner is not there (living outside of island) but easy to get by yourself a keys from appartament from key box. Some local contact person is availble there for emergency case.

The pillows in bedrooms are unconfortable. Not enoutgh ligth in "childern" bedroom (on mountain side, room nr. 2 on second floor). "Parents" bedroom have single bed with 1.6m width - wich enougth for really thin people =0)))
