Great location, within walking distance to the main street in Dullstroom, to browse all the shops.

We did not receive communication regarding where to collect our keys. Upon arrival, we phoned the host as we were early and only wanted to leave the trailer there. The host instructed the cleaning lady to give us our room key, but it was for the wrong room, which we only found out hours later. We had to evacuate the room immediately as this was a large unit and a large group would be arriving later, and my husband had to drive to collect the correct room key. He was told that it was our fault that we received the wrong room key, and while this may be true, any kind of communication from our host prior to arriving would have prevented the situation. The large group also never arrived, they were a group of two, which made the move unnecessary. Overall, the situation could have been handled better. Our unit would have been lovely for a one night stay if we didn't book into the wrong unit earlier. The large unit is light and sunny, with large windows and a view, while our unit has one window with a supposed garden view, which you can't enjoy as the curtains can't be opened. The unit is dark as no natural light comes into the unit.

The apartment was big, and clean, with a cable TV, kitchen and all I needed. There was a little semi-private garden for the property

There was no WiFi. The location is nice, but still a bit dodgy to walk out at night.
