I had reserved the apartment with a hot tub and paid an extra fee for it. However, when I arrived, I was disappointed to find that the hot tub was not working. Additionally, there was no water in the apartment at all. To make matters worse, the washing machine was also not working. The furniture in the apartment was old and uncomfortable, and the overall cleanliness was poor. Overall, our experience at this place was quite disappointing. I would not recommend it to anyone.

Only the view. Only reason we did not leave was late evening.

Junior Suite - Most important: Hot tub is a bait - they say it is not working. Not because technical issue but other customers dont want to use it because it is cold. They just made excuses. We said we came ONLY because of Hot tub. It was biggest dissapointment. They at least must have informed us before hand that it is not working. Thats why we say its customer bait. Other reasons you should not go there: Dirty old Pans in the kitchen. Tv in bedroom not working. No curtain in living room, they say you wont be seen, but they did see through. The balcony was too cold to sit in, but no way to heat bc no socket for electric heater. Chipped Mugs for coffee, Heaters not working enough. First time use of water, water comes out brown. Things we got only after asking: curtain, clean pan, toilet paper, batteries for remote control, electric heater. We left the place tidy and clean.
