Rethymno Heart in Rethymno

The place is spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped apartment. It is located in an excellent area with shops, restaurants, and just one block from the coast. The neighborhood is lively during the day but quiet at night, making it a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

There is no nearby parking available, which can be inconvenient for those traveling by car.

In the center of the city. There are many terraces. Nice rooms and equipped kitchen. Everything's nearby. Beach 15 minute walk. Supermarket 5 and the one working almost always even late at night is like 10 minute walk. Good communication with owners.

Towels have something yellow all over them, but it's fine. The cleaning lady came on the 3rd day to freshen up the space, but she only threw away the trash. We didn't get new towels even though we asked for them. The water's pressure is sometimes bad but it's okay.

Not very clean. We had do turn off the general electricity to shut down the air conditioning

The property was huge and the balconies were very welcome. There were very good facilities, including a washing machine with powder provider and a dishwasher with consumables provided. The kitchen was very well equipped with good quality utensils, pots and pans. And it's literally on the high street.

Ants in the kitchen, loose shower head holders. Some lights didn't work. The front door was difficult to open and close. The downstairs toilet button was broken so it was constantly trickling/flushing.

Very nice and really big rooms. Perfect location. Only little bit problem with wrong code for keys but customer servise was really fast and in 2mins I had correct code. I Can recomend this accomodation.
