"Comfortable studio apartment"

Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Hostess saw us pull up and called to address parking issue. Was very pleasant. Mini split air conditioners are great! Soaker tub in bathroom.

No egress (i.e. window) in bedroom is a fire hazard. Smoke alarm was hanging from ceiling and didn't seem to be connected. Confusion about parking (occupant of main house was in our spot). No outdoor lighting until near the door.

Comfortable, well equipped, nicely decorated, very affordable.

No window in the bedroom. Neighborhood was questionable when we arrived (noisy, kind of messy looking), but turned out quiet at night.
