道後温泉という賑やかな観光地にあって、静寂な環境に恵まれた宿泊地でした。 スタッフはそれを十分承知していて対応してくれたのではないでしょうか。 価値観の共有でしょうね。

立地がとてもいい。道後温泉まで歩いてすぐだったのはとてもよかった！ ホストが親切に観光の案内をしてくれたこと。赤ちゃん連れで行ける温泉など、ゲストに合わせて紹介してくれた。 チェックイン時間の連絡が遅くなり、急な変更にも対応してくれた。

トイレだけ清掃し忘れたのか便座が汚れておりペーパーなどが流れていなかった。 洗濯ピンチやハンガーが外にあるため少し汚れていた。部屋干しできる用品(折りたたみの洗濯物干し)があるとなお良い。

The house is near to the main tourist areas and easily accessible by walking. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, pots/pans etc. The host was very friendly and helpful - made suggestions of how to get around the city and provided maps - very good English. You can pay 1,000円 per day to park right ouside the house.

We booked as a couple and so they locked all but one bedroom - we didn't have access to the space we paid for, such as the room with the projector in it - this is quite misleading as you book and pay for the whole home but aren't allowed to use it all. We were only allowed access to the downstairs with the bedroom right off the kitchen. This is an onsen town, so you are expected to go out to bathe - the bathroom at the property was very cold with an older metal tub.

Our stay at this apartment was pleasant. The location was conveniently within walking distance to key attractions in Matsuyama, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the host personally met us upon arrival to explain the facilities and provided excellent recommendations for sightseeing and dining options, which greatly enhanced our experience. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay, though the accommodation itself was fairly basic.

However, the accommodation had its downsides. It felt quite cramped, with the kitchen and living room combined into one small space. Additionally, the place appeared to be somewhat unkempt, which detracted from the overall experience. While the location and host were excellent, the condition of the accommodation left room for improvement

Fantastic location. Walking diatance from dougo onsen area which means close to great food. Very quiet location means it is great for families. Miyoshi san had great recommendations for onsen and dinner. Matsuyama is a really great city to hang in and soak up some real japanese culture!

Nothing, great location.

The owner was very helpful giving us lots of suggestions for things to see and do in the area, the house is well equipt and close to Dogo Onsen and other sights.

The lights on the air conditioning unit were extremely bright and the glass sliding doors meant our room was fully illuminated when the sun came up meaning it was difficult to get a good night sleep without an eyemask
