The manager was really lovely and it wasn't her fault, but we had so many things wrong that unfortunately this rental was a complete disaster

A huge let down. Construction all around, the builders working on the next door property could see right into all the glass walls and onto the pool so zero privacy. Very loud. Not relaxing at all. The pool was too small and too much debris falls in daily to even go in. The separate study room was one of the reason we booked the property, but it was so damp and fusty that we couldn't work in there. The outdoor kitchen we didn't use as everything went a bit manky in the dampness. The bedroom was lovely design but had to keep all the curtains closed so the neighbours and builders couldn't see in. The outdoor bathroom was a real problem. The floor is sloped so it collects all the rainwater, when you need to use it in the night your feet get all wet. Lots of debris falls into the floor - not good. The owner would not let us leave early refused any kind of compensation despite days of problems we had.

Willa jest przepiękna. Położona w dogodnej lokalizacji. Miejsce jest ciche i otoczone bujną roślinnością. Willa jest przestronna, bardzo wygodna i zachowana w nienagannej czystości. Świetna łazienka z wanną i przyjemny basen. Uczynny, miły i bardzo profesjonalny Personel.

Awful experience! Don’t trust these nice pictures as I did. My worst experience in Bali so far. The villa is old, overpriced and poor service. The only reason people leave good reviews are connected to either they have stayed for one or two days, or they were lucky not to live there during a rain. I have paid for the stay in advance (never make such mistake with this host) for the stay from the January 19th to 24th, but was forced to leave (escape) it on the January the 22nd, because nothing worked properly (pls. see the pictures attached). First, no water from January 19th to 20th, we informed the host and he informed us that there is a problem with water in this area, but later it appeared that water heater was broken. The host changed it only on the January 21st. Second no cleaning during these days. But after the rain all villa floats and the stone floor are slippery, dirty and dangerous. Third, internet works badly. However, the January 22nd was merely ok, only noise from constructions (which are all around this place) and smoke from bonfires, where neighbors all the time are burning their garbage. But the final cherry on the pie was during the next night. The air conditioner (as everything at this villa old and out of date) stopped working and started to leak, making also all our stuff bed room floating. And also no water and internet again! So I (without washing) was forced to go to the town just to contact the host, who started to threaten me and accuse me, that I am not polite. I told him that I leave immediately and asked him to refund last two nights, but he refused to do so, cause he accused me to steal ash tray and uno from his villa). However, I have stayed in Radisson Uluwatu before and in Uluwatu sunset hills without any accusations. And if you consider this old stinky villa I do recommend you to consider Radisson Uluwatu or Uluwatu sunset hills (only two minutes away), but much better and everything is working.

Très belle villa, avec une piscine qui s’ouvre sur la nature, donnant une dimension presque irréelle à l’expérience. On se sent seul au cœur de la nature. La meilleur plage qu'on a pu visité à Bali est egalemet à 15 min à pied.
