浴室排水不佳，空調降溫慢

This was the worst hotel experience we’ve had. The staff were very rude from day shift to night shift, especially the lady named Phuong. She was very disrespectful and not accommodating at all. The air conditioning was not cooling properly, so we had to use an electric fan and could not sleep well. There was also no air conditioning in the lobby or hallway. The room was dirty, and there was ongoing construction beside the building which was never mentioned in the listing. Please check the bedsheets carefully ours were very dirty and even had blood stains. If you want to enjoy your trip, it’s better to find another option. They also overcharge guests. We paid half of a full day’s rate for early check-in, and another half-day rate for just a few hours of late check-out. Definitely not worth the money. I booked 5 rooms for my family and we are so dissapointed
